    1. Employment between Team Member and Apollo, L.C. (“Apollo Burgers”) is based on a voluntary relationship.   Either Team Member or Apollo Burgers may terminate any employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice at the option of either Apollo Burgers or Team Member.
    2. I hereby authorize Apollo Burgers to investigate my references, work record and education and authorize the references I have listed to disclose to Apollo Burgers any and all reports and other information related to my work records, without giving me prior notice of such disclosure.  I hereby release Apollo Burgers, my former employers and all other persons from any and all claims, demands or liabilities arising out of or related to such investigation or disclosure.
    3. Team Members are prohibited, both during and following termination of employment, from disclosing information constituting Apollo Burgers’ trade secrets. Trade secretsinclude proprietary and confidential information such as store drawings, site plans, potential future site information, training materials, financial statements, informationand reports, menu specifications, new menu development information, product pricing information, cost information, and the like.
